1.How about quality control ?
We understand, for promotion, the quality and delivery is utmost important for customer.
We control and check all the steps of production, from logo confirmation, the purchasing of material, start day of cutting materials,sendinf pre-production sample for confirmation, production speed, packing, to shipping out of factory to catch the closing date.If any problem, we will immediately correct, or replace, buy new material,re-produce at any cost. And we will report to customer.
2.What’s the delivery ?
For promotion, the delivery is super important and we respect all our promise. After order is confirmed, it takes usually 30 days for the goods of 1-2 containers; For big quantity such as 500k pcs of big bag, when delivery is urgent, we would arrange all the production lines to produce and ship within requested time( 35-50 days). For small quantity, if the color of material is available immediately, within 10-15 days the goods can be ready, if material in that color is not available immediately, and needs purchasing, it takes 15-20 days.When the delivery is top urgent, which is 7-10-15 days after order, we will try our best to satisfy you.

6.What’s the Minimum Order Quatity ?
You can see M.O.Q. for each item through our website. Please contact us for more information if you have firm order. Of course ,the M.O.Q. can be changed as your requests if you can accpet extra cost for the goods you want to buy.
7.How could I get samples ?
We supply free samples if the total value under 5 US dollars.If you have a DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx Account No. and agree to pay the courier freight. If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we’d like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment. If you don’t have an courier account, please send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T or Western Union.
8.How can the order be sent to us ?
For small quantity or weight less than 45 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 45 to 300 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client’s choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
9.How to pay for my order ?
Our usual payment terms are:
1) Wire Transfer ( T/T),
2) L/C payment for bulk order, (this will depend on the order status)
10.How to place an order ?
If everything confirmed,you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order.Or please send us your purchase order by email or fax.
We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )

11.Need I pay Import Taxes ? How much ?
Probably yes. You have to know about the import duty rule of your country before placing order. As we know, many countries do not charge import duties on private
items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.
Please note: top-promotions.com can’t responsible for the import duties and custom cost. As we are in China and not clear about the custom tax policy of your country,
so we don”t know how to predict the import duties and other relevant cost which should pay in your country when the goods passing your country custom.
